My most creative time is in the middle of the night when my brain wakes me up at 2 am for a little thinking time. I get to lay in my cozy bed with my senses dampened by the quiet, dark night. I allow my brain to take me wherever it desires, and I excitedly follow every thread I can get my hands on. There is no end to all the things I long to make and explore. My only hurdle is self doubt in my waking hours.

Below is a small sampling of my favorite and most successful creative experiences. Although this side of my studio practice is much slower, each time I try something new I uncover more skills and even more curiosities.

What's next? More bronze, plasma neon light bending, mixed media, performance art, murals, poetry, portrait drawing, graphic novel....it goes on. Gee, I hope I live a long time so I can keep exploring.
